Shipping Policy for Washington & Associates, Inc.

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Washington & Associates, Inc.'s online store, "All for 1 and 1 for All." Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Order Fulfilment, Custom Printing, and Shipping

 

Washington & Associates, Inc. uses Printful for fulfilling orders, custom printing, and shipping and as such are determined by Printful’s policies in these regards.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

We have strong partnerships with the most reliable global carriers to offer reliable, fast, and affordable shipping options. We use the following shipping companies to get your purchases to you.

 Shipping Speeds and Pricing

 

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.). Carrier-related shipping times should be added on top of that. The speed and price with which we fulfill orders depend on product type and destination.  On average, 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

We use “live rates,” which are real-time carrier-calculated rates. The live rates are based on the weight and destination of the ordered product. The live shipping rate(s) are calculated for your order and displayed at checkout.

 

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Do All Items in Orders Always Ship Together?

 

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won't fit in there.

Shipping prices are cumulative. When you're calculating shipping prices on your end, make sure to add up the different shipping prices for all of the products you're sending.

 

For example, you can order a t-shirt with a flat rate shipping price of $5.00. Each additional t-shirt adds $0.75 for shipping. If you add a tote to the order, then it will also cost simply an additional $0.75. However, if you choose another product, like a mug (that requires different packaging), then you'll have to add the full shipping price. In this case, it would be an additional $6.95.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

 

Washington & Associates, Inc. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

 

Washington & Associates, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Washington & Associates, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Your end customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

 

Notification for EU consumers

 

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
